RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 28 (twenty-eight) days.

The withdrawal period expires after 28 (twenty-eight) days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, is placed in physical possession of the goods, in the case of the sale of a single good;
  • on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, is placed in physical possession of the last good, in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, is placed in physical possession of the last batch or piece, in the case of a contract relating to the delivery of a good consisting of multiple batches or pieces.

>> All the risks relating to the return of the products to Gruppo Pritelli are at customer’s charge

 

For EU:

>> The return for Italy and countries belonging to the EU is paid by Spazio Pritelli

>> For countries outside the EU it is paid by the end customer.>>

 

For Extra EU:

>> All duties and taxes of return are at customer’s charges.

>> For countries outside the EU it is paid by the end customer.>>

 

RETURN POLICY

 

The product to be returned must meet the following requirements:

  • must not have been worn and must not have any odor. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • must have the tag intact and attached.

  • must be neatly stored in its original packaging.

  • must have the security tag attached and intact.

  • the product must not have been purchased more than 28 days before the date of the return request.

  • Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

  • The product must be returned inside the original box in which it was received.

  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

  • Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN


You can return your product within 28 (twenty-eight) days. The withdrawal period expires after 28 (twenty-eight) days in which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, is placed in physical possession of the goods, in the case of the sale of a single good.

 

  1. ENTER THE "ACCOUNT" SECTION ON THE SITE spaziopritelli.com, SELECT THE ORDER YOU WANT TO RETURN AND CLICK ON THE "Return" BUTTON
  2. Follow the procedure by selecting the products you want to return, the reason and the refund request.
  3. You will receive an email confirming your return request with a summary of the products for which you have requested the return
  4. As soon as our customer care has approved your request, you will receive a notification via email along with a waybill to apply to the outside of the package.


ONLY RETURNS WHERE THE COURIER PROVIDED BY US WILL BE USED WILL BE PAID BY GRUPPO PRITELLI. The use of a courier of your choice will be paid by the end customer.

 

PREPARING THE PACKAGE

 

  1. Once you have received confirmation and return authorization with the SHIPPING LABEL, insert the item inside the box in which you received the item.
  2. ONLY RETURNS INSIDE OUR BOXES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  3. Fill in the yellow adhesive label with the required information and attach it to the outside of the package so that it is visible to the courier.
  4. Leave the package in a Pick up point of the Courier near you.

It is understood that the risks and costs of transport related to the return of the product to the Seller remain the responsibility of the Consumer.

REFUNDS

 

Upon arrival of the package, you will be notified by email that the package has been correctly received.

If the verification of the returned product has a positive outcome and the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised within the terms and according to the methods also provided for by art. 10 of the general conditions of sale, we will refund you free of charge the amount paid for the purchase of the product, (excluding any transport costs, taxes and customs duties) as quickly as possible starting from the date of return of the product in accordance with the provisions indicated above.

The aforementioned refund will be made using the same means of payment used when purchasing the product.

If the verification of the returned product has a negative outcome, we will inform you that the refund cannot be made. In this case, you may be asked to arrange for the collection of the product from our warehouse at your expense.
